Nikki Sokul, RMT
Nikki has been a massage practitioner for 10+ years, graduating from CDI College in 2010 with 2490 hours of schooling. She cultivates her treatments by blending relaxation, and therapeutic with some deep tissue work to provide the best outcomes for her clients. Hot stone therapy can also be added to promote a deeper relaxation and myofascial release within the body.
When Nikki became a reiki master, she started to focus on looking at the body as a whole – Body, Mind, Spirit – and understanding that physical pain in the body is not always caused by physical stress. It can be mental and emotional stress built up in the body as well. When we realize just how integrated each of these aspects are within ourselves, only then does she believe we can truly dig deep into our healing to live a longer, fuller, more peaceful life.
When Nikki isn’t working with her clients, she tends to spend her free time with friends, getting lost in nature, meditating or curling up with a good book/movie with her cat sleeping in her lap.

Dr. Ludo Brunel, ND
A long life is one thing, but a long and healthy life is what we all really want. In Canada, life expectancy has increased from 68 years in 1950 to 83 years of age in 2022. Yet chronic illnesses such as cancer and heart disease have become increasingly problematic. Chronic disease is the plague of the 21st century but research clearly shows that chronic disease is largely preventable through better nutrition and lifestyle.
Dr. Ludo Brunel has always been fascinated by science especially as it pertains to nutrition and health and longevity. He followed this fascination by receiving his degree in Human Nutrition from McGill University. After that, he went on to pursue his studies in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario, and graduated in 2004.
Dr. Brunel first became interested in medicine when he faced health challenges himself as a teenager. Diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, he went from a vibrant young man to someone who could barely function. Through better nutrition, dietary supplementation and hard work he was able to regain his health and live a fulfilling life.
Since the moment he earned his title of Naturopathic Doctor, he has had a passion and drive to make patients feel better. His goals and desires are to meet and exceed the needs of his patients, and to provide them with the best tools available to get them to their goals of optimal health and wellness. Time and time again, patients state that the care that Dr. Brunel had provided was the most helpful they have received.
Dr. Brunel has been fortunate in many ways. He was fortunate to work within one of the largest preventative health programs ever offered in Canada for more than a decade. He helped thousands of patients improve their health by focusing on preventative health and wellness. He feels so blessed to have been able to be part of that incredible experience, as it helped him gain a remarkable amount of knowledge and expertise. In addition to this, he also had the privilege to assist in the formulation of several dietary vitamins and supplements for some of the most advanced supplement companies in Canada.
His enthusiasm for naturopathic medicine is exemplified when you read his articles and hear him speaking in public. One of his primary roles as a doctor is to inform and educate. Dr. Brunel has written a multitude of articles and has given hundreds of presentations on varied topics specifically to help others obtain the tools they need to take better care of themselves.
Dr. Brunel sees patients for general naturopathic medicine. Being a father, he loves to work with all families and children. His special areas of interest include insomnia, depression, anxiety, heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune disease, gastrointestinal health, allergies, men’s health and aging wellness, and sports medicine.
Dr. Brunel utilizes several modes of therapy with his patients, including dietary supplementation, intravenous therapy and prolotherapy - a form of injection therapy particularly effective for musculoskeletal pain and arthritis.
When Dr. Brunel is not doctoring his patients, writing articles, or presenting to small groups of people, he is spending quality time with his three children. Originally from Montreal, but his heart drove him to Alberta for his love of the mountains, especially for hiking, skiing and fishing.
Dr. Brunel is excited to start your health and wellness journey with you.

Viktoriya Lambert, NP
Doctorate prepared, Viktoriya practiced nursing in the United States and Canada for over 15 years. She obtained her Family Primary Care Nurse Practitioner degree through Athabasca University two years ago. Viktoriya’s nursing career started in the United States after a tragic car accident that left her unable to walk for 6 months. Being a high school exchange student and living a continent away from her family, Viktoriya faced some challenges of the medical system and found her calling in nursing career. After spending Christmas at the hospital surrounded by wonderful nurses, Viktoriya knew that she wanted not only to save patients’ lives but help them achieve the ultimate wellness that incorporates mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of life.
As a Registered Nurse, Viktoriya worked in a variety of settings over the past 15 years- cardiology, long term care, rehabilitation services, emergency room, pediatrics, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She has also taught several courses including women’s health and pediatrics at two universities located in Tulsa, OK, USA.
After moving to Canada and completing her Doctorate degree, Viktoriya decided to further advance her career and become licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. Being able to perform assessments, order diagnostic tests, prescribe or de prescribe medications, collaborate with other specialists through referrals, allowed Viktoriya to fully participate in her patients’ care and address their health concerns in an evidence- based, holistic, and respectful manner. Although trained to provide care to all patients of different ages, Viktoriya has been passionate about addressing overall women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum care, and providing services to pediatric population.
When thinking about longevity, quality versus quantity of life comes to mind. People may live to a ripe old age but not necessary experience healthy or happy longevity if their lives are burdened by chronic disease or disability. For Viktoriya, longevity means living a life to its full potential- being active, productive, and healthy.
When not working, Viktoriya spends lots of time cycling, running, practicing hot yoga, spending time in the mountains with her family, gardening, cooking different ethnic foods, and traveling the world.
